### What this site publishes

Employer records published by the states of Texas and Oregon. Employers that are individuals (household
employers, sole proprietors without a business name) are searchable, as they are in the state files, but
**no page lists them**. Phone numbers in the Oregon file are not republished.

### What your browser sends

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies. Searches run in your browser against static files. The host
(Cloudflare Pages) keeps ordinary server logs.

### How we are paid

- **Dated reports and Pro access**, for people and organizations who need a record or a list.
- **A referral**: some pages point to Registres, an independent data gateway, which may be paid a
commission if a company that applies through it signs a data partnership. No one pays to appear here.
- **A second referral**: some records carry a link to a micro1 video-data program for businesses. micro1 may pay this site a fee if a business that applies through the link is accepted.

### Corrections and removal

The data is a public state record. If something is wrong, or you want an entry removed from this site, write to
us: we cannot change the state's records, but this site is not the state.

**For business owners: does your company

AI labs pay companies to license their internal workflows (SOPs,
documentation, support tickets), anonymized and under contract. You keep ownership and pay nothing.
